Dod is the co-founder and CEO of Mainstay. Prior to starting Mainstay, he served as President at Opendoor for nine years. Before that, he was a Principal at TPG Capital and Sixth Street, and an Associate at Perry Capital.

J.D. is the President of Mainstay. Prior to Mainstay, he spent seven years at Opendoor leading institutional SFR partnerships, corporate development, and adjacent services. Before that, he was an investment banker at Goldman Sachs.
Chief Product Officer
Patrick is the Chief Product Officer at Mainstay, overseeing engineering, product, design, and data. Prior to Mainstay, he was VP of Product Management at Collective and led product organizations at Flexport, LegalZoom, eBay, and PayPal.
Chief Operating Officer
Michael is the Chief Operating Officer at Mainstay. Prior to Mainstay, he spent six years at Opendoor as Director of Enterprise Operations and General Manager. Before that, he was a Strategy and Business Operations Consultant at PwC.
